Description

This is replacement Perspex / screen for the Ring Doorbell Generation 2 only. If you order the wrong one, it’s not refundable as they are cut to order. The other models are listed on my store, I advise you to check what model you have first before purchasing , I cannot be liable for your errors.

Also be aware my version is slightly thicker than the original, for strength and longevity. This means it’s sits very slightly proud over the original.

This is not the same as the clear vinyl protectors and films you see elsewhere, this is a replacement for the old lense.

This is to replace the Perspex in the case of hazing or damage of the existing Perspex.

Be aware this may comes with a protective film on both sides that you will need to peel off before applying. This will be visible as a blue haze on the lense until removed, do so carefully so as not to scratch the lense.

This does not come with any glue. It is recommended, if you do not wish to apply fresh glue, that you leave the original adhesive on the bell housing when removing the old Perspex.

If this isn’t possible , DO NOT USE SUPER GLUE, super glue does not react well with clear Perspex , use an extremely thin layer of clear adhesive around the outside edge, wipe clear afterwards. Again I cannot be held responsible for personal ability when doing this.

When lining up, ensure the mic hole is bottom left.
